We are already solving some problems for Coastal Impact in 2024:

• Image segmentation (in progress)
• Colour correction of Images (haven’t started)

Continue to solve the important ones above for them. Write code so that if another client comes in with similar problem, processing and project completion time is reduced. This way, we end up writing code to make solving of similar problems super simple and streamlined. Which will allow us to incorporate other clients without too much of custom coding sessions. Documentation becomes paramount too on using the tech/code for future/alternative use cases.

Next, approach and try to see if other organisations are solving similar problems. Take one organisation, try to solve it for them too. Change the code as necessary. Move onto next organisation with similar problem. Slowly, the code/tech will become better, scalable, and easy to use.

Reduce the instances where you are solving new problems. Get better at a certain section of problems. Others, you can always consult and help them figure out the next steps. Try not to dive into every other interesting problem that you find. Finish your existing work and then move on.
